The Dharma Seminars are an intimate way for Bay Area students to study and practice together. The evening includes a period of zazen followed by study and small and large group discussion generally centered around a classical text. Our emphasis is always on the application of the teachings to daily life, and there are often practices assigned through the week. Norman leads the seminars most weeks. A senior Everyday Zen teacher will lead the seminar on Sept.9th & 30th.
Students are asked to commit to attending all meetings in the calendar month so they can get to know one another. Suggested donation is $100 per month. |
